Many of our products are created through print-on-demand fulfillment. This means the item may be produced after the order is submitted instead of being pulled from a pre-existing warehouse shelf.

If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because of an incorrect address, we may not be able to replace or refund the order.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check your mailbox, porch, delivery area, neighbors, building office, mailroom, household members, and local carrier.
